How to Play
Every turn has two phases.
Pick any of the 2 or 3 boards and make any legal chess move on it. Pieces move normally within their board — no vertical movement on your own.
After moving, you may teleport one of your non-king pieces from that same board up or down to an adjacent board. The destination square must be empty. You can skip the shift.
A king is captured when an opponent's piece moves onto its square. The first player to lose all their kings loses the game.
Shift pieces to boards where your opponent's king is vulnerable. A well-timed shift can open a deadly attack on a board your opponent thought was safe.
